You are brave and wise to dip your toe into some big questions.

This is the place to plan for Quality End of Life. Let’s normalize talking about the only thing guaranteed in life (it ends).  I help clients address these essentials:

Knowledge is Power: What do things cost?  What systems are in place?  What choices do you have?

Autonomy is Essential:‍ ‍How can you live as you wish to live?  How can you need others and hold onto yourself? And how can you go as you wish to go?

Communication is Key: Forms are just symbols of the conversations behind them.
How do you share your values with your loved ones and providers?

Your Legacy is Now: What matters? Who are you?

One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and your loved ones is to be informed, be realistic and communicate your wishes for aging and dying.

I am an aging and end of life guide.  My mission is to normalize conversations around death so that we are less afraid of dying and more grateful for living.

I help people to create a strategy for the financial, emotional and labor complications of getting old in the US.

My hope is to see my generation start a new norm with our loved ones, speaking honestly about our values and creating meaningful directives that empower them to love us to the end.
